  Tony Joe, Team Leader

Tony is the team leader and oversees all client transactions. His primary role is negotiation of Seller offers and solidifying contracts. His secondary role is as Team Ambassador, combining his background in community service and industry volunteering. The outcome is a strong Network of connections and a recognizable profile in the Victoria Real Estate community with the aim to benefit both Buyer and Seller clients by facilitating smooth transactions and exceptional results. He is active in service groups such as Rotary, Knights of Columbus, Odd Fellows and many more. He also serves on local Boards including the Victoria Hospice Foundation, Anawim House and the Victoria Dragonboat Festival. His role previously as the President of the Victoria Real Estate Board enables him to attend International Trade Conferences where he gathers the latest marketing and technological systems to best serve all clients past or present. Currently, Tony is the President of the Asian Real Estate Association of America – Vancouver Chapter. Tony is a Listing Agent serving Seller clients by negotiating on their behalf and managing their listing portfolio.

Susan Froher, Associate Partner

Susan dedicates her time to working exclusively with buyers, scouting the market for candidate properties that meet her clients’ needs. Susan has earned the respect of her peers and is known for her knowledge of the Real Estate business. Her negotiation skills are legendary and she can be relied upon to guide her clients expertly through the process.

Angie Hill, Associate Partner

Angie has been involved with Real Estate and RE/MAX Camosun since 1998. She became licensed as a REALTOR® in 2006. Angie is a Member of the RE/MAX 100% Club and is the recipient of many MLS awards. She is an expert Buyer Agent and has a strong commitment to serving the interests of our clients. Angie is a skilled negotiator and as a 3rd generation Victorian is deeply knowledgeable of the local market.

Kyle Kerr, Associate Partner

From the word “Go” of Kyle’s real estate career starting in 2010 he has been a driving force for various tasks forces within the Victoria Real Estate Board to assist in bettering the quality of service, involvement, and understanding that REALTORS® have for each other and their clients. He was one of the youngest Directors in Victoria Real Estate Board history to be elected by his peers; this happened in 2012; just two years after becoming a REALTOR®. He has been a fixture at the decision table driving real estate forward locally, nationally, and internationally.

Sonya Jones, Operations Manager 

Sonya Jones is the Operations Manager of the team, attending to all of the details relating to your file. She executes the action plan we have devised for the smooth and successful sale of your home and ensures all of the vital tasks are taken care of. Sonya is also an Event Planner, and organizes our client events and fundraising efforts within the community. With a background at the Victoria Real Estate Board, Sonya is also our in-house expert on technical matters and rules and regulations of our industry.
